Driveaway Service
Horizon utilizes CDL independent contractors to, drive only, motorized vehicles from point to point. We deliver motor homes, trucks, buses, bobtail tractors and all single motorized vehicles. We do not deliver cars, vans or SUVs, via single driveaway service.
Towaway Service
Horizon utilizes over 700 Independent Pick up Truck Contractors who are all equipped with Fifth wheel, gooseneck and bumper hitches. We deliver RV and commercial trailers that can be pulled by a 1-ton through a 2/12 ton pick up truck. We are a door to door service.

The rates above also apply to all commercial vehicles. This would include all truck bodies, buses, tractors, utility trucks, fire trucks, dump trucks, ambulances, cement trucks, etc. Rates also apply to all towable trailers, cargo trailers, horse trailers and all trailers transported using a pickup truck.
Tolls and permits will also be billed in addition to the rate. This amount will vary depending on what part of the country the vehicle is shipping to.
Note: All commercial vehicles must be empty of all freight containment. All tank type commercial vehicles must be new or purged (purged tanks must have purge document submitted at time of pick up.)
The rate includes:
1. Fuel for the vehicle- motorized and fuel for the pick up truck- towable
2. Driver pay
3. Full coverage insurance
4. Motorized- tolls and permits Towable- tolls and permits will be collected separate
5. Rate does not include costs associated with mechanical malfunction of a unit. Horizon will manage a unit malfunction and communicate to the customer all issues related to malfunction prior to cost assessment
